    SU Day 2017 Recap

    June 14, 2017

SU Spirit Award WinnersSU Day is a summer tradition for our SU community in the NYC Metro Region, now in its 7th year. Before the Pirates and Mets played on Sunday June 4 at Citi Field, SU alumni, friends and their families gathered in the Orange Fan Zone. Each year, different SU guests and friends have the opportunity to meet the over 1,000 attendees of the event and pick up this year’s edition of the SU Day shirt, designed by Michael Borkowski. This year, Chancellor Kent Syverud, Provost Michele Wheatly, Athletic Director John Wildhack ’80, and Head Football Coach Dino Babers joined fans pregame. The Mets and Syracuse University also honored four of the very best NYC Metro Area Alumni as part of a Spirit Awards Ceremony. You can find out more about the winners below. You can also find our photo gallery from the event on our Facebook Page!
